Dear Sir or Madam, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on behalf of the United Nations Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS) is pleased to announce the sale of 3 vehicles as specified below. Detailed description of vehicle 1 for sale is as follows:

The vehicle will be sold “as is”. There are no guarantees or implied warranties to the condition of the vehicle. The conditions of sale of vehicle: 1. The sale will be made to the highest bidder, based on the offers received 2. The currency of the bid is USD 3. Payment can be made by bank transfer to UNDP bank account. 4. The buyer agrees with the condition that the vehicles above are sold by WHO in “AS IS” condition, and that there is no written or implied warranty on its performance. 5. Interested bidders can conduct physical check of the vehicle condition by prior notification. The address of location of the vehicle: Dili, UN House, Caicoli Street. Contact person Paolo Mendonca, Tel No. +670 77230340 7. The successful bidder must satisfy the government as to any import or sales tax due on the item. 8. No refund or exchange is allowed after the sale contract is signed. 9. UNDSS will not provide repair or any other services with respect to the vehicles. 10. The buyer has to make self-collection from the location at his/her expense using his/her own resources within three days after payment. 11. UNDP/UNDSS office reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids shall be submitted to the following e-mail address: bids.tp@undp.org with “Bid for a vehicle” (please state number of vehicle 1, 2 or 3), not later than 14:00 p.m. local (Timor-Leste) time on July 31, 2023. The bid should include the price offered and bidder’s contact information. Late bids will not be accepted. The sold vehicle shall be handed over only upon payment of full bid price. Payment shall be done within 5 working days following the announcement of the winner.
