INVITATION TO SUPPLIER TRAINING WORKSHOP
BACKGROUND
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women (UN Women), United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), United Nations Volunteers (UNV), have partnered together to use a new ERP system called Quantum. Quantum includes a supplier portal that will manage interaction with suppliers for solicitation processes and contract management.
Therefore, suppliers need to register and use Quantum only for the tender opportunities. It is in this regard that UNDP Uganda intends to train Suppliers on the use of Quantum on 26th July 2023. This training will enable suppliers in Uganda access and participate in tender opportunities.

Interested suppliers are required to confirm attendance to UNDP latest by 5:00pm on 23rd July 2023. Only Suppliers who confirm attendance will be allowed to attend the Supplier Training workshop. Participants will be required to come with a laptop for hands-on training. Participation at this workshop is free of charge to all participants.
