UNFPA CO Ukraine hereby solicits your Quotation for the supply of medical devices for Mobile Clinic as per attached RFQ No. UNFPA/UKR/RFQ/23/39.

If you are interested in submitting a quotation for these items, kindly fill in the attached Price Quotation Form and please send it signed & stamped together with other documents specified in the attached RFQ (page 16, III) by email only to the address indicated below:

All prices shall be quoted in the United States Dollar (USD). The bidder shall be required to quote for all items. Partial bids are not allowed. Your earliest response to this query would be highly appreciated, but not later than Friday, 6 October, 2023 at 17:00, Kyiv time.
