Bid for Sale of Used Vehicles-ETH4848

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Ethiopia would like to sale the following used vehicles on ‘As-is-where is’ basis through competitive bidding. Interested bidders are therefore invited to submit their bids as per the following instructions:

Pre-Bid submission 

  1. Bid Documents can be found on the following link:    https://procurement-notices.undp.org/search.cfm
  2. Prospective Bidders can inspect the vehicles from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the UNECA compound only on, November 21, 23, 27, and 29, 2023.
  3. Prospective Bidders who want to inspect the vehicles should send their:
    1. Full name
    2. phone number

  4. only by e-mail sending to ermias.abebe@undp.org   two (2) days before the inspection date.

  5. Prospective bidders must come with a valid ID/passport card to the UNECA compound on the inspection date and time.
