UNDP Botswana invites the public to express interest to bid for the sale of used vehicles.The vehicles will be sold on an "as is – where is" basis, with UNDP reserving the right to reject any bids

Submission of bids: Bidders are requested to complete the submission form attached, indicating the LOT number#  and Name of vehicle, offer price and bidders details.

1. Submissions are to be made to  procurement.bw@undp.org . The submission form should be password protected and the password should be provided on the email during submission.
2. The deadline for submission is the 20th September 2024, 12 Noon Botswana Time, late submissions will not be accepted
3. The subject line to be used is “Vehicles auction 2024, LOT #.........and Name of Vehicle….
4. Late bids will not be accepted. Telephone, telegraphic, fax and hand deliveries will also not be accepted. 

Award criteria: The highest bidder will be awarded.

Bid opening: Bid opening will be done inhouse (no public bid opening) and the outcome will be communicated with all the bidders.

Payment to UNDP: The successful bidder must make a payment to UNDP within a week (5-working days) of award and collect the goods immediately. Failure to pay on the set deadline will result in the award being offered to the second-best bidder.

Taxes and Other Costs: The successful bidder must fulfill any applicable tax and any other related costs obligations with the relevant authorities
