The UNDP-Iraq Office located in Erbil , Iraq is disposing 4 Containers through a competitive bidding process.  The used containers is currently located in Gazna Warehouses- Ainkawa District – Erbil and will be sold on “as is/where is’ basis.

The four containers are 40 Feet metal containers size (12.19m long x 2.44m wide x 2.59m) high) Each container includes of 17 fixed metal shelves designed for filing.

If you are interested in submitting a Bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your Bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB. Should you be interested to submit a quote, please submit your bid to an email address dler.mohamad@undp.org copying

shadi.hussein@undp.org . Bids must be received no later than 01 December 2024, 16:00 hrs (Iraq time). Late bids will not be accepted/considered.

Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate through the email with the tender focal point. Only the official OFFER on the provided template document is acceptable.

The offer should indicate an all-inclusive bid price quoted in USD.

Interested bidders can view the items, on 27 November 2024, from 10:00 – 12:00, at the Gazna Warehouses- Ainkawa District – Erbil, Iraq. Interested bidders should send their names (telephone numbers), via e-mail to Dler Mohamad e-mail: dler.mohamad@undp.org by 26 November 2024, 16:00 hrs (Iraq time).

Terms of Sale:

Bids will be subject to the following procedures:

(i)  UNDP will award to the highest priced individual item and will notify through procurement focal point mail.

(ii) In case of a price tie between two or more highest bidders, the respective bidders will be notified and requested to re-bid for a tiebreaker.

(ii) Successful bidder will be notified on the result of the bid by 10 December 2024.

(iii) Payment must be remitted in full and within five (5) business days of sale notification, to the UNDP Iraq account.  Failure to comply will result in the item being offered to the second highest bidder.

(iv) Payment is required to be made in full before delivery or transfer of containers are released.

(v)  UNDP Iraq reserves the right to reject/cancel any bid at any time.
