UNFPA hereby announces an invitation to bid for the procurement of the following goods: 

Vehicles for Police Mobile Groups

Bidding shall be conducted through ONE envelope. The technical bid containing the technical specifications and the financial bid containing price information shall be submitted together.

UNFPA CO Ukraine hereby solicits your Bid for the procurement of Vehicles for Police Mobile Groups as per the attached ITB No.UNFPA/UKR/ITB/24/08.

The bid shall reach UNFPA’s reception or the email inbox of ua-procurement@unfpa.org no later than 13 December 2024 by 11:00 Kyiv time. Bids received at this mailbox are kept undisclosed and shall not be opened before the scheduled opening date. Sending to any other email address will violate confidentiality and invalidate the bid.

Bids shall be prepared in accordance with ITB and shall include the requested documentation as per bid Annexes 1-5.

Clearly specify the following text in the subject line:

ITB No. UNFPA/UKR/ITB/24/08, Bidder’s Name. E-mail submission shall not exceed 20 MB, including the size of the cover email.

Partial bids are not allowed under this ITB.

The prices of the bid shall be valid for 90 days after the closing date of bid submission as specified by UNFPA. A bid valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by UNFPA.

The maximum allowed delivery time is 60 days upon issuing of purchase order.

All prices shall be quoted in US dollars (USD). ‘Please note that these vehicles will be procured through the International Technical Assistance Project ( Registration card): Support to Police to build an effective model of DV/GBV response under circumstances of war and for the transition period (Phase 2). As per the registration card, VAT should not be applied for this tender.

The price of goods should include the delivery on a DAP (Kyiv, Ukraine) basis.
