Overview

The United Nations Development Program in Damascus is announcing a tender to rent a guest house building (residential apartments with their facilities) in Damascus for an initial period of one year according to the following conditions:

• Locations and specifications:

The building must be located within the following areas:

1. Mazzeh
2. Al-Maliki
3. Al-Rawda
4. Abu Rummaneh
5. Kafarsouseh
6. Mashrou Dommar
7. Yaafour

• The residence building must contain at least 25 separate apartments, with an independent entrance for the building.

• Each apartment must contain at least one room with a bathroom and preferably a separate kitchenette.

• The building must contain its own private parking spaces.

• The building and its parking spaces must be fully built and finished and ready for immediate use.

• The building must contain all public facilities (water, electricity, landline telephone network..).

• The building must contain a heating system a standby generator for all apartments in the building.

• Required documents:

The following documents must be attached to the offer submitted for this announcement:

• A copy of the building ownership.

• A copy of Municipality clearance of building.

• A copy of the complete building engineering drawings approved by the authorized authority (floor plan/layout).

• Financial offer:

Financial offer must include the annual rental amount and the available rental period.

• Mannar of submitting offers:

The financial offer with all required documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the UNDP Damascus office located in Mazzeh, West Villas - Al-Ghazawi Street no. 8, no later than the cut of official business hours on Thursday, 20 February 2025.
