Overview
United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit tenders as follows:

1. Procurement of Goods with details specifications and quantities specified in the following lots (details attached):
- Lot 1 IT Equipment (29 Items)
- Lot 2 Audio Digitisation (10 Items)
- Lot 3 Archive Conservation and Preservation Materials (14 Items)
- Lot 4 Digital Display and Interactive Equipment (4 Items)
- Lot 5 Camera Digitization Workstation (7 Items)
- Lot 6 Audio and Video Recording Equipment (5 Items)
- Lot 7 Archive Storage Equipment (3 Items)
- Lot 8 Library Security Gate (3 Items)
2. Deliver the goods to CHEGA National Center, Antigo Comarca Balide, Avenida de Balide, Dili, Timor-Leste.
The purpose of this notice is to provide general information on the requirements for the procurement process and to inform interested suppliers how to obtain a copy of the Solicitation Documents.
Interested companies who wish to participate in the OIC must request for a complete set of Solicitation Documents, available free of charge, from UNESCO contact person at the address shown below.
Your Electronic Bid (e-bid) submitted through email should reach following email address of edjak.itb@unesco.org no later than 17 April 2025, 23:59H Jakarta Time (GMT+7) in strict compliance with the instruction as stipulated in the Solicitation Documents.
Please quote UNESCO reference number in all correspondence, including the email subject: JAK/ITB/25/ED/001 – “Procurement of Digitization, IT and Mobile Compactus Storage Equipment (Dili, Timor-Leste)”.
UNESCO reserves the right to amend the documents at any time during the solicitation process. Any amendments or clarifications will be communicated directly to all Bidders who have requested for a complete set of solicitation documents and officially confirmed their intention to submit a sealed tender. No remuneration will be made to companies for preparation and submission of their tenders
