UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following goods:

ICT equipment for UNFPA Ukraine office needs (DAP, Kyiv)

This request is open to all legally registered companies in Ukraine that can provide the relevant services and have the legal capacity to supply/perform these services in Ukraine, or through authorized representatives.

The proposal must be prepared in accordance with the RFQ and must be accompanied by a duly completed and signed quotation form and sent to the contact person only at the specified secure email address no later than the deadline:

Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, 12:00 PM Kyiv time.

Proposals sent to any other e-mail address will not be accepted for consideration.

Note: Offers received after the deadline or at another email address than the one indicated in the above (ua-procurement@unfpa.org) will be automatically disqualified.

Please submit your quotation in USD.

Conversion of currency into the UNFPA preferred currency, if the offer is quoted differently from what is required, shall be based only on the UN Operational Rates of Exchange prevailing at the time of the competition deadline.

Payment terms: 100% upon complete delivery of goods (30 days).
