UNFPA Ukraine hereby solicits your Bid for the procurement of Medical Equipment (Mobile X-rays) as per attached eITB No.UNFPA/UKR/ITB/25/02.

Please ensure to mark your email with the ITB reference number (No.UNFPA/UKR/ITB/25/02) and the words “Sealed bid. Do not open before 9 January 2026 at 5:00 PM (Kyiv time). 

• E-mail address of Contact Person in case of clarifications for solicitation documents: grechishnikov@unfpa.org - Maksym Grechishnikov (see Section 2, Article 3).
  Deadline for submitting requests for clarifications / questions: 18 December 2025, 5:00 PM Kyiv time, Ukraine (GMT+2). UNFPA will provide clarifications to the solicitation documents at the same time by email to all suppliers at the earliest convenience.
• All bids, information, documents and correspondence exchanged between UNFPA and the bidders in relation to this bid process shall be in English.
• Partial bids shall not be allowed.
• Bidders must quote prices for the total requirement requested under Section 3. Schedule of Requirements. Delivery Term: DAP, Ukraine (see Section 3.b). Bid Currency: Ukraine Hryvnia (UAH) or United States Dollar (USD), please see Section 2, Article 6.
