Dear Sir/Madam:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB), for the Rehabilitation of Liberia National Police (LNP) Stations in Zorzor and Kolahun City, in Lofa County, Liberia. 

This ITB includes the following sections:

• Section 1 – Letter of Invitation
• Section 2 – Instructions to Bidders (including Data Sheet)
• Section 3 – Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications
• Section 4 – Bid Submission Form
• Section 5 – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Bidder
• Section 6 – Technical Bid Form
• Section 7 – Price Schedule Form (BOQ)
• Section 8 – Contract to be signed, including General Terms and Conditions
• Section 9 - Drawing

Kindly note that the Drawing pertaining to Section 9 is attached herein in PDF format. Furthermore, please note that Section 7, Price Schedule Form, is attached herein in MS Excel Editable format. Bidders must submit their bid prices using this Excel sheet. 

• Deadline of Bid Submission is: Monday, February 12, 2018, at 12 pm (noon) Monrovia time
• Deadline for submitting questions for clarification is: three (3) days before the submission deadline
• Bid opening is scheduled on: Monday, February 12, 2018, at 2 pm Monrovia time
