Overview :

Interested Companies/Firms must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications:

Cover letter: Explaining why the consultant the most suitable for the work; Duly accomplished Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability using the template provided by UNDP;

Company Profile, which should not exceed fifteen (10) pages, including printed brochures and product catalogues relevant to the goods/services being

Personal CV or P11 of the proposed team, indicating the past experience relevant to the assignment

Tax Registration/Payment Certificate issued by the Internal Revenue Authority evidencing that the Bidder is updated with its tax payment obligations, or Certificate of Tax exemption, if any such privilege is enjoyed by the Bidder

Certificate of Registration of the business, including Articles of Incorporation, or equivalent document if Bidder is not a corporation

Latest Audited Financial Statement (Income Statement and Balance Sheet) including Auditor’s Report for the past [2 years]

Statement of Satisfactory Performance from the Top 3 Clients in terms of Contract Value the past  [2 years]

Bank References (Name of Bank, Account Name, Bank Account No., Bank Location, Contact Person and Contact Details)

The selected Bidder will be piggyback by other UN Agencies from UNDP Contract

Proposal should be submitted to the Procurement Unit, UNDP Myanmar, No. 6 Natmauk Road, Tamwe, Yangon or by email to bids.mm@undp.org; no later than 6 December 2019 (Yangon Time).

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing, or by standard electronic communication to the address or e-mail indicated above. Procurement Unit will respond in writing or by standard electronic mail and will send written copies of the response, including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry, to all consultants.
