| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a National Consultant to provide Communications support to UNDP Viet Nam’s Governance and Participation team The overall objective of the consultancy service is responsible for ensuring effective media and communications products, outreach and advocacy activities to support the implementation of UNDP Viet Nam’s Governance and Participation projects under the supervision of the Assistant Resident Representative (ARR)/ Head of the Governance and Participation Unit. Main Tasks: 1. Ensure effective communications and advocacy for key UNDP policy advice and knowledge products in the areas of governance and participation (50%) 2. Ensure effective communications/advocacy in the areas of institutional accountability, people’s voices and access to justice (30%) 3.
