Overview :

UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 International Consultant working as Senior Economist for 200 working days in which:

* 40 working days from Sept-Dec 2020 (part time-Ha Noi based)

* 160 working days from Jan – 31 Aug 2021 (full time-Ha Noi based)

[With possible extension of 150 working days subject to i) CO’s needs and fund availability and ii) the Economist’s performance].

The overall objective of the assignment is to strengthen UNDP’s contributions to Viet Nam’s formulation and implementation of SEDS and SEDP, Integrated National Finance Framework (INFF), National Action Plan to achieve SDGs and Covid-19 Recovery, through deepening UNDP policy program and improved quality of UNDP policy advising products. The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations
