| Overview : UNDP Cyprus is searching the local market to source availability of potential construction companies delivering high quality, cost effective and efficient projects. The purpose of this RFI is to gather the appropriate information to develop an Invitations to Bids (ITB) and ultimately to award contracts to potential qualified Construction Companies. This process is not to solicit for bids/proposals or short list vendors. The information will enhance UNDP’s knowledge of the local market, leverage commercial and local best practices, availability of potential construction companies in order to determine the optimal solutions for future construction bids in the northern part of Cyprus. Information and Documents required: UNDP Cyprus invites interested companies to respond with comments on the following areas of interest to UNDP Cyprus, including answers to the specific questions asked. Please be advised that information presented to UNDP should be limited to the capabilities and areas of works. Kindly complete RFI form (please see attached Annex 1) and attach documentation you might find relevant to present your company. It should be noted that any information provided in this RFI will be treated as confidential information that will be used for UNDP’s internal purposes of the related market only. Please also note that the provided information does not in any way qualify or disqualify a company to participate in the subsequent tender process. Submission of RFI: Please note that responses to this RFI are due no later than 16:00 pm (Cyprus local time GMT+2) on 14 August 2020 to solicitations.lif.cy@undp.org The documents must be submitted in portable document format (PDF) only, via email. The subject of the email must be RFI_UNDP_CYP_001_2020 and each email message should not be more than 10 MB.
