Overview

Dear Sir / Madam:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kosovo kindly request Professional Companies to submit a Proposal for the “RFP Development of web application platform “Kosovo Job Portal” (KJP) for the Kosovo Employment Agency Proposals must be submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system.

Bids must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password.

If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using:

The Proposal should be received trough E-tendering system by suppliers not later than 18 August 2020 as indicated on eTendering system

You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Proposal by clicking on “Accept Invitation”.

An Offerors conference and introduction on UNDP eTendering online system through ZOOM will be conducted on 12 August 2020, 10:00 hrs. (local Kosovo time) Meeting ID: 985 9893 3081. Passcode: 035014. While all Offerors are encouraged to attend, their non-attendance, however, shall not result in disqualification of an interested Offeror.

In the course of preparing and submitting your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it submitted into the system by the deadline. The system will automatically block and not accept any bid after the deadline.

Kindly ensure that supporting documents required are signed and in the pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
