| Overview : Dear Sir/Madame, The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing a project 7th Operational Phase of the GEF Small Grant Programme that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in the above-mentioned subject. To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following: a) The Terms of Reference (Annex I); b) The standard Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability ( Annex III - Submission Form), which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP; and c) P11 Form/CV that you must complete and submit it duly signed; and d) The Individual Consultant General Terms and Conditions (Annex II), which you would be expected to sign in the event you are the selected Offeror in this procurement process.
