Your offer comprising of separate technical proposal and financial proposal – submitted in two separate emails, via an electronic submission (e-mail), should reach exclusively no later than 18:00 (UTC+05:00) 25 February 2021 the following address tashkent.procurement@unesco.org without any copy to any other e-mail addresses.
