| Overview : UNDP Vietnam kindly invite Vietnamese firms to submit quotations for Humanitarian Supplies to support 7 prisons in Vietnam (Ref. 1-210201) - Bidders should refer to Section 2 of the Request for Quotation for the detailed instruction
- Deadline for quotation submission: 8 March 2021 (Hanoi time)
- Quotation should be submitted by email to: bidding.vn@undp.org
- Quotations shall be quoted in Vietnamese dongs (VND) and inclusive of VAT and other applicable indirect taxes
- Quotation shall remain valid for 90 days from the deadline for the Submission of Quotation
- Bidders can choose any package(s) as provided in Annex 3
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
