Dear Bidders – The minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting held on 5th-July-2021 is uploaded with this Event. Kindly take note of two important points of this ITB:

1- Revised BOQs of all buildings have been attached uploaded., Kindly download and Bidders must prepare the Bid based on Revised BOQs.

2- Due to upcoming Eid-Holidays, the Bid Submission deadline has been extended till 26-July-2021. 

All other terms and conditions of ITB will remain un-changed.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. This ITB includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which is inserted in the Bid Data Sheet:

Please acknowledge the receipt of this ITB by sending an email to pakistan.procurement.info@undp.org, indicating whether you intend to submit a Bid or otherwise. You may also utilize the “Accept Invitation” function on or before 10th July 2021 [12:30 PM, Pakistan Standard Time OR 3:30 AM, EDT] in e-Tendering system. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in the attached Bid Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this ITB.
