Dear Bidder, The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal for providing the services of - The establishment of a comprehensive and integral system of telemedicine services with coverage of all levels of medical care health care facilities of Donetsk oblast to ensure equal access for all residents of Donetsk oblast to specialized and highly specialized medical care, through remote communication via specialized secure information transmission channels, and significantly reducing the risks of infection transmission, taking into consideration the COVID-19 pandemict. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2 (ANNEX 2_ENG), in preparing your Proposal. Pre-Bidding Conference will be held on 27-July-2021 at 11:00 AM via Skype.
