Concurso para a contratação de uma Empresa de Serviços de Limpeza para o Edifício das Nações Unidas  (Long Term Agreement – LTA) 

O PNUD, em nome das Agências da ONU em Cabo Verde tem aberto um concurso para seleção e contratação de uma empresa de Serviços de Limpeza, em regime de Long Term Agreement - LTA (acordo a longo prazo - 3 anos), para prestação do serviço de limpeza, no edifício das Nações Unidas em Achada Santo António, pelo que convida as empresas do ramo a apresentarem as suas propostas. 

O caderno de encargo (RFP) e o TdR estarão disponíveis para download na plataforma eTendering do PNUD: https://etendering.partneragencies.org.  

Para expressar o seu interesse em participar no concurso e obter acesso aos documentos, deve fazer clique no botão Accept Invitation. Vá à página eTendering e procure o Event ID e o Business Unit abaixo:

Por favor, note que este processo de concurso está a ser conduzido através do sistema de concurso online do PNUD (eTendering). Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for the provision of Cleaning Services for United Nations Building on Long Term Agreement (LTA) basis. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.

If you are interested in submitting a Proposal in response to this RFP, please prepare your Proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFP and ToR, and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Proposals set out in the eTendering system. To express your interest to participate in this RFP please click the “Accept Invitation” button in the eTendering system. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the RFP.

In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it is submitted into the system before the deadline. The system will automatically block and not accept any bid after the deadline. Kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.

Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in the attached RFP as the focal point for queries on this RFP. UNDP looks forward to receiving your Proposal and thank you in advance for your interest in UNDP procurement opportunities.
