| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National / International firm / institution / organization to develop an Action Plan to adopt the Sustainable Finance Framework in the banking sector for Vietnam. In implementing the UN SDG Fund project’s sub-component (c) Increased private sector investment, UNEP with UNDP is seeking assistance from a contractor, a team of local experts such as a consultancy firm, to work on a development of an Action Plan for the State Bank of Viet Nam to adopt the Sustainable Finance Framework in the banking sector. The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. Interested offerors are invited to submit Letter to UNDP technical proposal and financial proposals following guidance in the Procurement Notice to: quach.thuy.ha@undp.org with notification by email (without attachment) to: procurement.vn@undp.org that the bidder has submitted proposal.
